These low cärb “nächos” äre to die for! They mäke me forget regulär nächos häve chips insteäd of bell peppers! They äre everything nächos should be without the guilt-cheesy änd crunchy! I häve never been ä huge fän of bell peppers until this läst yeär änd this is probäbly one of my fävorite recipes with bell peppers! Not only is it delicious, but it is so eäsy! It only häs 5 ingredients änd täkes less then än hour! Even this mämä of two under two häs time to mäke these! Here is whät you need!

Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers (äny color)
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2 cups sälsä
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheät oven to 350
  2. Slice bell peppers änd pläce on ä bäking sheet
  3. Brown ground beef, ädd chili powder
